What started out as a routine training run on a GS course on the last day of the year took on a life of its own and took ASC U19 Ava Liles for a ride. Luckily, all ended well and she missed sliding hard into the next gate and survived a 180-degree change of direction and a half-flip as well as the scary initial sit-back.
