The first-shown photos are those I processed right after the races. I sent two to the ADN, 1045 (Ava Liles) and 1697 (Joe Stahla), with captions. The print edition ran Ava; the regular electronic edition ran both Ava and Joe.

Uploading for both races is now complete. Took about 6,000 photos, inspired by great skiing. Thanks, racers.

Update as of Jan 18: I replaced many images that I thought were a little soft; even the best autofocus can be fooled by bad weather and B-Net. With my big display in town I pretty much fixed or deleted images that would not produce quality files or prints. To make up for some deletions, I included some images not previously loaded.

As always these thumbnails aren't fully edited. Be sure to read the extensive FAQs regarding ski race photography.

Important: Shooting conditions at these races (some early or late in the day, with some snow/rain on January 13) were not ideal; I had to upload the galleries quickly. If you really want large files, let me know in advance what you are interested in, so I can make sure the image files are good enough. And don't be surprised if I suggest a substitute file that will be higher quality.
