This gallery is one of several that will hold a selection of faces of racers on course, doing race things, and reacting (or not) to the course and events.

This particular gallery will hold faces of racers in the U12/U14 Championships. I have just uploaded the GS faces. I'll work on the slalom faces soon.

The selections are arbitrary in the sense I rushed through all the race galleries for the 2020-21 season and quickly picked the most expressive faces. That eliminated many faces hidden beneath masks. Since my purpose was showing faces, I decided it wouldn't be interesting to show faces that couldn't be seen. Next season, when no one is masked, we can perhaps repeat the exercise, and there can be a broader selection. So, if you were masked, please be patient.

These are highly cropped, in general, so large images will lose quality. Just in case anyone is tempted, I've restricted purchase options to small prints and files. These would be okay 5x7s, and a very few could be larger, but not many. If you really, really want a larger face, email me and I can check to see what is possible.

By the way, I decided to create these "Face" galleries because I have been posting discussions on my blog site recently about racing and racing photography. And I realized blogging about racer faces could not adequately present enough images.
