These are some views of Turnagain Arm/Cook Inlet and the mountains near Girdwood on March 20, 2018. There will be plenty of race pictures soon. Here are a few contemporaneous views of the surrounding scenery.

The wind was whipping along the Inlet and really working the high ridge and peaks. 0966 shows the mountains behind Girdwood, and 0966-2 is a highly cropped detail. 0966 showed some little black specks below the peaks, and when I cropped in I could see they were ravens, playing in the wind. They are about six miles from the camera.
