Feb 24: I just finished uploading the rest of run 1 now. It will be maybe a week before I can upload run 2.

It was dark and shady on the final pitch in run 1. I tried to adjust for that in processing, but these are not perfect images as processed so far. More can be done to most of them, but that is time intensive.

Great skiing.

Although I was shooting almost the entire pitch, only the images from the last gates are high enough quality to post given the relative darkness.

I sometimes post a few shots of runs that went awry to give some notion to the difficulty and challenge of skiing fast at this level. I do so with sympathy. A few were, however, spectacular. When I get to Bib 106 of the men (CMC), you can see the entire sequence. Fortunately, no injury.
